The house

Renovated in 2025, the house has an open-plan living room and kitchen. The living room overlooks the bay, coastline and Ebeltoft, with Samsø visible in clear weather. It includes a wood-burning stove, stereo and television. The kitchen has an electric cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher.

Four bedrooms have, respectively, one double bed, two beds, one double bed and two bunk sleeping places. Both bathrooms have a toilet, washbasin, shower and underfloor heating; one also contains a washing machine and tumble dryer. The house has electric heating, air-to-air and air-to-water heat pumps, and air conditioning. The indoor pool is heated by an air-to-water heat pump, and there is an indoor sauna.
