House rules
Children are welcome. Smoking is not allowed. Standard occupancy is four guests; additional guests require management approval and incur an extra fee. Inquire about additional guests before booking. Long-term stays are allowed, with a mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee every 14 days. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge. After reservation confirmation, guests may opt in to paid resort amenities access and charging privileges. The base daily guest fee is $175.00 and the peak daily guest fee is $250. Peak periods are March 21–April 11, 2027; November 21–27, 2027; and December 19, 2027–January 2, 2028. Resort services, fees, policies, account charges and restaurant reservations are controlled by the resort hotels and may change. Amenities are not guaranteed and may be limited without advance notice during local events and peak holidays.
Getting there
The home is an upper-level corner unit. A car is recommended. Mauna Kea Beach (Kauna‘oa Bay), Hapuna Beach, resort golf courses, restaurants, shops, spa and coastal hiking trails are a short drive away. The Kumulani amenities center is within walking distance. Extensive Kona and Kohala road closures during the IRONMAN Race on October 9, 2027 may affect travel routes.
