The house

The open-plan great room has oversized windows, sliding doors, comfortable seating and a dedicated ocean-view workstation near the kitchen. Indoor dining connects to a large covered private lanai with seating for outdoor dining and lounging. The fully stocked kitchen has modern appliances, granite counters, a center island and cookware, plus a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender and rice cooker.

The primary suite has ocean views, lanai access, a Smart TV, air conditioning, ceiling fan and walk-in closet. Its ensuite has a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has air conditioning and a ceiling fan; an adjacent full bathroom with a walk-in shower is just outside its entrance.

A dedicated laundry room includes a washer and dryer. Beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, boogie boards, snorkel gear and a Pack N’ Play are provided. Entertainment includes television, DVD, satellite or cable TV and a speaker system. A parking space is available free of charge.

The walkable Kumulani amenities center has a shared pool, hot tub, BBQ grills, picnic area and sundeck. Optional paid access to Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and Westin Hapuna Beach Resort amenities includes two beaches, three heated pools, three hot tubs, 11 oceanside tennis courts, two golf courses, fitness centers, spas, shopping, cultural activities, Keiki Club, yoga, watersports and the Mauna Kea Lūʻau. Resort registration is required, and access is subject to resort control and limitations.
