House rules
Maximum occupancy is 16 people. Everyone in the group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Pets are not permitted under any circumstances. Twice-weekly housekeeping is required. For reservations exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. Longer stays are allowed; stays greater than 30 nights require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team. Reservation confirmation requires electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. Half of the total is due upon booking and the balance is due 110 days before arrival. Cancellation before 110 days prior to arrival receives a refund of the initial payment less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee; after full payment, the amount paid is non-refundable. Rental periods of 30 nights or more are non-refundable. Early check-in and late check-out require authorization by text message from an InvitedHome team member and depend on availability.
Getting there
Walk-to-ski access. The property permits a maximum of four cars and has a two-car garage. Everyone in the group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
