The house

Built in 2010, this 9,331-square-foot home has views of Independence Pass, Red Mountain, downtown Aspen and Aspen Mountain. It has six full bathrooms and three half bathrooms, seven fireplaces, an elevator and a two-car garage.

The top level contains the great room, terrace, wine room, dining area, equipped kitchen and main suite. Four guest suites and a library occupy the main level. The lower level contains the gym, bunk room, media room and bar, with a lounge for poker and movies. An outdoor rooftop sky lounge has a private hot tub, and the patio provides outdoor dining with mountain views.

Four bedrooms each have a king bed, one has a queen bed, and the sixth has two twin-over-full bunk beds. All six bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The home also has air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, an office and workspace, ski storage, television and audio/visual equipment. Kitchen facilities include a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchen island, standard drip coffee maker, cooking basics, dishes and silverware. A grill, washer and dryer are available.

Bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, toiletries, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are provided. Heating, hot water, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and first aid kit are available.
