House rules
No loud noise between 22:00 and 08:00. Parties, antisocial behaviour and smoking are prohibited. Additional people require prior approval. Do not wear shoes indoors, and report any breakages. House-rule breaches may lead to a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction without refund. Mandatory identity verification is required after booking; check-in details are released only after successful verification. Unattended baggage cannot be received or stored before check-in or after check-out. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge; booking the preceding or following night is suggested to guarantee extended access. Before departure, leave beds unmade, wash and put away dishes, restore moved furniture, take rubbish to the correct bins, turn off appliances, air conditioning and lights, close doors and windows, and check for belongings. Retrieval of left items is not guaranteed; returns within Australia are subject to postage and service fees. Free cancellation is offered up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to conditions.
Getting there
Internal stairs are required to reach the apartment on the third/top floor. Canberra Airport is around 7–8 kilometres east of Kingston; travel between the airport and Kingston takes approximately 15–25 minutes by car or bus, depending on traffic.
