The house

This light-filled, third-floor apartment is in a residential complex rather than a hotel building. Both bedrooms have a queen bed and built-in robes. The bathroom has a separate bath and shower. The living room has seating for five and a TV, and opens onto a covered private balcony with outdoor seating overlooking communal gardens.

The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, utensils, cutlery, an oven, electric stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The dining area seats six. An internal laundry has a washer and dryer. Towels, toiletries, a hairdryer and hotel-style linen with a three-sheet setup are provided, along with a small welcome amenity pack.

Air conditioning serves the living area, with portable heaters and fans for the bedrooms. Wi-Fi and a desk workspace are available. Residents can use the communal outdoor pool, barbecue area and tennis court. Free onsite parking includes undercover parking and visitor parking.

Kingston's cafes, restaurants and arts attractions are minutes away. The suburb has waterfront dining and shops at Kingston Foreshore, Sunday markets, Canberra Glassworks and the Canberra Railway Museum. Transport Canberra buses serve the area. Children aged 2–12 are welcome, and longer stays are allowed.
