House rules
Maximum four guests. No pets, smoking, parties or events. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Sea Colony charges a mandatory per-person fee for guests aged four and older; the fee varies by season and the local VueStay team arranges payment before arrival. All guests must sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. The agreement is sent within 24 hours of booking and must be signed electronically before final check-in information is released. Cancellation 30 or more days before check-in receives a full refund less the booking fee; cancellation within 30 days receives no refund. Booking constitutes agreement to VueStay's rental terms, house rules and cancellation policy.
Getting there
A seasonal shuttle provides transportation directly to Sea Colony's half-mile private, guarded beach.
Check dates and price before continuing with the host. A check does not reserve your stay. Confirm the terms with the host at book.vuestay.com.
