The house

This condo accommodates up to four guests and has one bedroom, one full bathroom, a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen and a private balcony. The sleeping arrangements include one king bed and one sofa bed, both identified under common spaces. Bed linens, towels, toiletries, a hair dryer, hot water, hangers and a dryer are provided.

Guests have access to Sea Colony's shared indoor and outdoor tennis courts, pickleball courts, fitness centers and 12 swimming pools, including indoor facilities. A seasonal shuttle provides transportation directly to Sea Colony's half-mile private, guarded beach.

Sea Colony charges a mandatory per-person fee for guests aged four and older, varying by season. The local VueStay team contacts guests before arrival to arrange payment. A lease agreement is sent within 24 hours of booking and must be signed electronically within 10 days of booking; final check-in information is released after signature.
