House rules
Smoking is not permitted. Dogs are considered subject to the pet policy and a $350 pet fee. Park only on improved surfaces, never on grass or landscaped areas. Four adult unisex bikes are included in the booking amenity fee, but not for rentals over 21 nights. Guest Connect provides arrival information, lock codes and Wi-Fi codes. The pet fee basis and pet limits are not specified; confirm them with the operator.
Getting there
The beach is a 100-yard sandy walk away, also described as a two-minute walk, with a beach boardwalk nearby. South Beach Marina is across the street. Parking is limited to three vehicles. Tower Beach parking is restricted to property owners, and Sea Pines Beach Club parking has major seasonal restrictions. Resort features are subject to purchase, seasonality and availability; trolley schedules vary. Resort renovations, construction and road projects are ongoing.
