The 1,900-square-foot home accommodates eight guests and has three full bathrooms. An open great room combines the kitchen, dining and living areas. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances. A screened-in porch and sun deck adjoin the living room. Amenities include a private gas grill, K-Cup coffee machine, five TVs, cable/satellite television, linens, towels, a beach cart, an outdoor shower, and a washer and dryer. One hour of tennis court time per day at South Beach Racquet Club is free. Four adult unisex bikes are included in the booking amenity fee, except for rentals over 21 nights. A hairdryer, iron and board, smoke detectors, fire extinguisher and deadbolt lock are provided. Arrival and departure are keyless and contactless. Nearby facilities include bay/sound, marina, pickleball, playground, tennis and restaurants. Sea Pines includes Lawton Stables; Harbour Town Golf Links, Heron Point and Atlantic Dunes golf; the private Sea Pines Country Club; Harbour Town and South Beach marinas with shops, restaurants, water activities, charters and dolphin tours; and South Beach and Harbour Town racquet clubs.
