House rules
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Parking is limited to six vehicles on improved surfaces only; parking on grass or landscaped areas and garage parking are prohibited. Two car passes are included, and additional passes can be purchased. Four adult unisex bikes are included in the amenity fee only for stays of 21 nights or fewer. Pool heating is optional and costs $775 - $1275 per week, depending on the season. Guest Connect contains arrival instructions, lock codes, Wi-Fi codes and other stay information.
Getting there
The house is oceanfront, with a beach path and the sand just a few steps away. The home has a spiral staircase and a multi-level deck. The ground-level queen suite is accessed separately through the garage and cannot be reached from inside the house. Free door-to-door shuttle service operates in Palmetto Dunes and Shelter Cove seasonally from March through October.
