What staying here is like
The 4,150-square-foot home sleeps up to 17 guests and has five full bathrooms, an open living layout, a children's den, a spiral staircase and a multi-level ocean-facing deck. The ground-level guest suite has a separate entrance through the garage and cannot be accessed from inside the house. Amenities include seven TVs, a gas fireplace, a private gas grill, a ping-pong table, a beach cart, an outdoor shower, linens and towels. Guests have access to Palmetto Dunes Resort and Shelter Cove amenities, including three miles of beach, three golf courses, an 11-mile lagoon system, kayaking, cycling, fishing, boating, shopping, dining and live entertainment. Four adult unisex bikes are included in the amenity fee for stays of 21 nights or fewer; they are not included for stays over 21 nights. Guests receive a meal-delivery credit through SERG Take Out Kitchen. The interior has stone showers, vaulted ceilings and plantation shutters. Hairdryer, iron and board, smoke detectors, fire extinguisher and deadbolt lock are provided. Arrival and departure are keyless and contactless. Cable/satellite TV is listed.
