The 3,925-square-foot home has two living spaces, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with two refrigerators, and a washer and dryer. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. Outdoor facilities include a private saltwater pool, a pool half-bathroom, a private outdoor shower, a bar, TV, gas grill and ping pong. Eight TVs, linens, towels, a beach cart, balcony, deck and patio are provided. Guests receive one hour of free tennis court time per day at South Beach Racquet Club.
Hair dryer, iron and board, smoke detectors, fire extinguisher and deadbolt lock are provided. Arrival and departure are keyless and contactless. Nearby facilities include bay/sound, marina, pickleball, playground and restaurants. Hilton Head STR permit: 70860.
