House rules
No pets. Smoking is not permitted. The fireplace is not available for use. Park only on improved surfaces, never on grass or landscaped areas. Four adult unisex bikes are included in the booking amenity fee, except for rentals over 21 nights. Optional pool heating costs $775 - $1275 per week, depending on the season. Two car passes are included; additional passes must be purchased. Guest Connect contains arrival information, lock codes, Wi-Fi codes and other stay details.
Getting there
The home is fourth row from the ocean, a three-minute walk to the beach. Bedrooms are on the first and second floors, with an interior staircase. Parking is limited to four vehicles. Tower Beach parking is for property owners only, and Sea Pines Beach Club parking has major seasonal restrictions. Sea Pines resort facilities are subject to purchase, seasonality and availability; trolley schedules vary. Resort renovations, new construction and road projects are ongoing. Bathroom counts conflict: the introduction says 5.5 bathrooms, while the summary and configuration specify four full bathrooms and two half-bathrooms; confirm the total. Conditional resort facilities include Lawton Stables; Harbour Town Golf Links, home to the RBC Heritage Classic; Heron Point by Pete Dye; Atlantic Dunes by Davis Love II; private Sea Pines Country Club; Harbour Town Marina’s lighthouse, shops, restaurants, water activities and private boat charters; South Beach Marina’s shops, restaurants, water activities, fishing charters and dolphin tours; and South Beach and Harbour Town racquet clubs. All are subject to purchase, seasonality and availability.
