The main level has a living area with a wet bar, wine cooler and private deck, a dining table seating 10, and an open kitchen with four bar stools, quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. Three bedrooms are upstairs. The lower level has a family room and a patio with seating for four and a gas grill. Six TVs, linens, towels, an outdoor shower and shared community pool access are provided. Both upper-level king bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms; the master ensuite has a double vanity and walk-in shower.
Hair dryer, iron and ironing board, smoke detectors, fire extinguisher and deadbolt lock are provided. Arrival and departure are keyless and contactless. Nearby amenities include South Beach Marina Village, marina, bay/sound, tennis, playground and restaurants. Hilton Head STR permit: 26699.
