Getting there
Walk to the beach and the Salty Dog. The home spans three levels, with bedrooms on the main, upper and lower levels. Parking is limited to two cars, with no garage access. Tower Beach parking is restricted to property owners; Sea Pines Beach Club parking has major seasonal restrictions. Resort features are subject to purchase, seasonality and availability; trolley schedules vary. Resort renovations, new construction and road projects are ongoing. The property has no landline. Bathroom counts conflict: the summary and introduction say four, while the property configuration says five. Confirm the bathroom count. Conditional resort facilities include Lawton Stables; Harbour Town Golf Links, home to the RBC Heritage Classic; Heron Point by Pete Dye; Atlantic Dunes; private Sea Pines Country Club; Harbour Town Marina’s lighthouse, shops, restaurants, water activities and private boat charters; South Beach Marina’s shops, restaurants, water activities, fishing charters and dolphin tours; and South Beach and Harbour Town racquet clubs. All are subject to purchase, seasonality and availability.
