The living room has hardwood flooring and a 60-inch flat-panel TV; each bedroom also has a flat-panel TV. The kitchen has quartz countertops and two refrigerators. The dining table seats six, and the breakfast bar has five stools. Additional dining space is on the deck off the living room. Linens and towels are provided.
A private gas grill, beach cart, ping pong, satellite/cable TV and an outdoor shower are available. Outdoor spa and tennis are also advertised amenities. The bathrooms have custom tile and quartz vanities. The main-level king suite has a walk-in shower, and the main-level queen suite has a shower/tub combination. A hair dryer, iron and ironing board, entry deadbolt, fire extinguisher and smoke detectors are listed. Keyless, contactless arrival and departure are provided.
