Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed. Parking on grass or landscaped areas is prohibited. Four adult unisex bikes are included in the booking amenity fee, except for rentals over 21 nights. Optional pool heating costs $300 per week from March through November. There is no landline. Guest Connect contains check-in information, lock codes, Wi-Fi codes and other stay details.
Getting there
The home is second row from the ocean, steps from the Atlantic Ocean. Bedroom 3 is on the second floor. Parking is limited to four vehicles on improved surfaces. Outdoor spa and tennis are listed without their location or access conditions; confirm with the operator. Nearby amenities include a bay/sound, marina, pickleball, playground and restaurants.
