Pets and smoking are not allowed. The fireplace is not available for guest use. Park only on improved surfaces, not on grass or landscaped areas. Four adult unisex bicycles are included in the booking amenity fee, except for rentals longer than 21 nights. Getting there
The house is oceanfront with private beach access from the house. Parking is limited to four vehicles. An elevator serves all three floors. The elevator does not establish a complete step-free route. Tennis is listed without access details; confirm with the operator. Nearby amenities include a bay/sound, marina, pickleball, playground and restaurants.
