The 4,000-square-foot house has six full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen open to the dining area and family room. A second living space on the second floor has floor-to-ceiling ocean-view windows. A third-floor oceanfront king primary bedroom has a private bathroom. An elevator serves all three floors. The outdoor courtyard has a private pool, private hot tub, outdoor dining area and Atlantic Ocean views. A gas grill, outdoor shower, beach cart, eight TVs, cable/satellite television, linens and towels are provided. Guests receive a credit for meals delivered by SERG Take Out Kitchen.
