This 3,846-square-foot home sleeps up to 15 guests and has four full bathrooms. The deck includes a private pool, private spa, built-in gas grill, lounging space and outdoor dining. The living area opens from the deck, and a second-floor suite has a private balcony overlooking the pool. Five TVs, cable/satellite television, linens, towels, a beach cart and an outdoor shower are provided. Guests receive one hour of free tennis court time per day at South Beach Racquet Club.
Four adult unisex bikes are included in the amenity fee, except for rentals over 21 nights. Guests receive a credit for meals from SERG Take Out Kitchen delivered to the rental. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board, smoke detectors, fire extinguisher and deadbolt lock are provided. Arrival and departure are keyless and contactless.
