House rules

Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Park only on improved surfaces such as driveways, never on grass or landscaped areas; a maximum of four vehicles is allowed. Two car passes are included, with additional passes available for purchase. Optional pool and spa heating costs $775 - $1275 per week depending on season; optional spa-only heating costs $225 per week. Four adult unisex bikes are included in the amenity fee, but are not included with rentals over 21 nights. Guest Connect contains arrival details, lock codes, Wi-Fi codes and other stay information.

Getting there

The home is fourth row from the ocean. A beach path behind the house provides a two-minute walk to the beach. Parking is limited to four vehicles. Tower Beach parking is for property owners only, and Sea Pines Beach Club parking has major seasonal restrictions. Sea Pines resort features are subject to purchase, seasonality and availability; trolley schedules vary. Resort upgrades include renovations, new construction and road projects. Conditional resort facilities include Lawton Stables; Harbour Town Golf Links, home to the RBC Heritage Classic; Heron Point by Pete Dye; Atlantic Dunes; private Sea Pines Country Club; Harbour Town Marina’s lighthouse, shops, restaurants, water activities and private boat charters; South Beach Marina’s shops, restaurants, water activities, fishing charters and dolphin tours; and South Beach and Harbour Town racquet clubs. All are subject to purchase, seasonality and availability.
