The 2,021-square-foot home accommodates eight guests and has four full bathrooms, a screened porch, a sundeck/patio, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and a private gas grill. Linens and towels are provided. Entertainment includes four TVs and satellite/cable. A beach cart, outdoor shower and garage access are available. Access to the shared Portside dock includes one boat slip, approximately a 25-yard walk across the lawn from the home.
Four adult unisex bikes are included in the booking amenity fee, except for rentals longer than 21 nights. There is also a balcony, dining table, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, fire extinguisher and smoke detectors. Keyless, contactless arrival and departure are listed.
