Before you book
House rules
No pets or animals. Nonsmoking only. Maximum parking is three vehicles, on improved surfaces only; no parking on grass or landscaped areas. Boats and trailers are prohibited in Sea Pines Resort except for property owners. Four adult unisex bikes are included in the booking amenity fee, but not for rentals longer than 21 nights. Two car passes are included; additional passes must be purchased. The operator app contains check-in information, keyless door codes, Wi-Fi codes and other stay details. A SERG Take Out Kitchen meal-delivery credit is offered for bookings made on or after June 28, 2025; the amount is not stated.
Getting there
The beach is a 4–6-minute walk away. Boats and trailers are not allowed in Sea Pines Resort except for property owners, despite the included boat slip. Tower Beach parking is restricted to property owners; Sea Pines Beach Club parking has major seasonal restrictions. Resort features are subject to purchase, seasonality and availability; trolley schedules vary. Resort renovations, construction and road projects are ongoing. Sea Pines options include Lawton Stables; Harbour Town Golf Links, Heron Point, Atlantic Dunes and private Sea Pines Country Club; Harbour Town and South Beach marinas with shops, restaurants, water activities and charters; and South Beach and Harbour Town racquet clubs. Nearby amenities include a bay/sound, pickleball and a playground.
