The 2,700-square-foot home has three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen and dining area, multiple living spaces and a Carolina room. Furnishings include Tommy Bahama décor, Brazilian cherry wood floors and skylights. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, an island with a bar sink and seating for two, and a Keurig coffeemaker. Outdoors are teak furniture, a patio and a private Weber gas grill.
Five TVs, board games, linens, towels and a beach cart are provided. Complimentary use of one hour of tennis at South Beach Racquet Club is included. Four adult unisex bikes are included in the booking amenity fee, except for rentals over 21 nights. Satellite/cable TV, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, fire extinguisher, smoke detectors and a deadbolt lock are provided. Keyless, contactless arrival and departure are listed.
