House rules

Pets are not allowed. Nonsmoking only. Parking is limited to three vehicles, all on improved surfaces rather than grass or landscaped areas. The garage and fireplace are not available for guest use. Four adult unisex bikes are included in the amenity fee for rentals of 21 nights or fewer; they are not included for rentals over 21 nights. Additional car passes are available for purchase beyond the two included passes. Guest Connect contains arrival details, lock codes, Wi-Fi codes and other stay information.

Getting there

The beach is a 5–7-minute bike ride or an 8–10-minute walk away, using a path directly behind the house. No garage access. The fireplace is not for guest use. Tower Beach parking is for property owners only; Sea Pines Beach Club parking has major seasonal restrictions. Sea Pines resort features are subject to purchase, seasonality and availability, and trolley schedules vary. Resort renovations, new construction and road projects are ongoing. A single-level layout does not establish a complete step-free route. Subject to the resort conditions, attractions include Lawton Stables; Harbour Town Golf Links, Heron Point by Pete Dye, Atlantic Dunes by Davis Love II and private Sea Pines Country Club; Harbour Town Marina with lighthouse, shops, restaurants, water activities and private boat charters; South Beach Marina with shops, restaurants, water activities, fishing charters and dolphin tours; and South Beach and Harbour Town racquet clubs. Nearby amenities include a bay/sound, marina, pickleball, playground and restaurants.
