The 4,877-square-foot house sleeps up to 16 guests and has five full bathrooms and one half bathroom. It includes multiple living spaces, a screened porch, balconies and patios, a private pool and spa, a private grill, an outdoor shower, nine TVs with satellite/cable, and a ping-pong table. Linens and towels are provided. The fully equipped kitchen includes two refrigerators, a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, cookware, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, waffle iron and crockpot.
Four adult unisex bikes are included in the amenity fee, except for rentals over 21 nights. A beach wagon is available at the house. A hair dryer, iron and ironing board, fire extinguisher and smoke detectors are provided. Keyless, contactless arrival and departure are listed. The kitchen also has an ice maker.
