House rules

No pets or animals. Nonsmoking only. The fireplace, elevator and screened-porch controls are not for guest use. Park no more than six vehicles, only on improved surfaces and never on grass or landscaped areas. Four adult unisex bikes are included in the amenity fee, but not for rentals over 21 nights. Pool and spa heating is optional and costs $775 - $1275 per week; separate spa heating costs $225 per week. Getting there

The beach at Sea Pines Beach Club is 0.9 miles away, an 8–12 minute walk. Take a right on the bike/leisure path across the street in front of Ocean Course Villas, cross at Lighthouse Road and North Sea Pines Drive, and continue along North Sea Pines Drive to the Beach Club. Do not use the path behind the house; it is the golf-course cart path. Tower Beach parking is for property owners only, and Sea Pines Beach Club parking has major seasonal restrictions. Resort facilities are subject to purchase, seasonality and availability; trolley schedules vary. Resort renovations, new construction and road projects are ongoing. The elevator is not available for guest use. Subject to those conditions, resort attractions include Lawton Stables; Harbour Town Golf Links, Heron Point by Pete Dye, Atlantic Dunes by Davis Love II and private Sea Pines Country Club; Harbour Town Marina with its lighthouse, shops, restaurants, water activities and private boat charters; South Beach Marina with shops, restaurants, water activities, fishing charters and dolphin tours; and the South Beach and Harbour Town racquet clubs. Nearby amenities include a bay/sound, pickleball and a playground; tennis is listed without specific access terms.
