House rules

The booking guest must be at least 21. Dogs require a per-pet fee; undisclosed pets brought without approval incur a $500 fine per pet. Notify the operator about registered service animals or emotional support animals. Smoking is prohibited; violations incur a $500 additional-cleaning fee, plus responsibility for smoking damage beyond that fee. Be considerate of neighbors and keep noise levels down; noise violations may result in fines. Speakers and sound systems are not provided. Turn off and unplug electric grills after every use. Use the shared trash and recycling cans inside the garage, not the dumpsters reserved for ground-floor commercial tenants. Park only in the designated garage space and allocated driveway space. Bring locks for bike and ski/snowboard storage and your own EV charger. Bookings longer than 28 days require a security deposit charged after booking. Outdoor lighting switches on automatically at dusk and off at dawn.

Getting there

The second-floor front door is reached by two flights of stairs; there is no elevator and the spaces are not ADA-compliant. Downtown Bend is a 10-minute drive away; NorthWest Crossing restaurants are an easy walk away. The area is under construction for the next several years, with work Monday–Friday during workday hours and no weekend work. Parking is limited to one designated garage space and one driveway space.
