The house

1131 Aerie #300 has two bedrooms, two king beds and one bathroom. The living room has locally inspired decor, and the fully equipped kitchen includes high-end appliances and everyday essentials. Bedroom linens, towels, pillows and comforters are provided.

A rear balcony has a private hot tub and lounge seating. A covered front balcony includes an electric BBQ and outdoor dining table, with sliding doors connecting indoor and outdoor spaces. The home has air conditioning, heating, a TV, Wi-Fi and in-home laundry. Layout and design may vary slightly from the photographs.

The residence sits above Discovery Corner, a public neighborhood plaza with a central fire pit, shops, dining and services. Guests receive Discovery Perks offers at participating plaza businesses. NorthWest Crossing restaurants are an easy walk away, and Downtown Bend is a 10-minute drive.

The garage is shared with another unit; this reservation includes one designated garage space and one driveway space. Limited bike storage and ski/snowboard lockers are available; bring your own locks. One EV outlet is available in the garage; bring your own charger.

The unit is on the second floor, reached by two flights of stairs, with no elevator. Nearby construction is scheduled Monday–Friday during workday hours, not weekends, over the next several years. Concierge services available to guests include fridge stocking, private chefs, massages, transportation, special-occasion arrangements and baby, ski and beach gear rentals.
