House rules
Pets are not allowed. A waiver is required to use the provided bikes. Private-pool heating is available only from September 1 through April 30. The carriage house and main house are included as one property. Travel insurance is not included, and wire transfers are not accepted.
Getting there
The property is a 2-minute walk from the Sky Pool and St. Augustine Green, a 5-minute walk from on-site shops and restaurants, and a short stroll from Emerald Waters and the beach. The listing also gives beach-access estimates of approximately 8 minutes to Walkover D or 10 minutes to Rosemary Beach accesses, and about a 3-minute bike ride. Beach-access stairs have about 30 steps. The home includes seven bikes, subject to a required waiver. Golf carts and LSVs are not permitted in Rosemary Beach, Seacrest, or Alys Beach.
