The carriage house has one bedroom on the first-floor main living area and a bedroom with two twin beds on the second floor.

Yes. The carriage-house loft has two twin beds.
How far is the beach?
Walkover D is approximately an 8-minute walk from the property. Another property answer gives approximately 10 minutes to Rosemary Beach accesses, or a shorter bike ride.
Does a golf cart come with the home?
No. Golf carts and LSVs are not permitted in Rosemary Beach.
Does the property have access to Watersound amenities?
No. The property does not have access to Watersound amenities. Rosemary beach walkovers are accessible with amenity passes.
Are beach chairs included?
Beach-chair setup is not included. It can be obtained through Rosemary Beach POA, with the beach-chair code provided after booking.
