The 3,250-square-foot house sleeps up to 12 guests and has four full bathrooms. The second floor contains the living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Outdoor spaces include a private pool and spa, screened porch, balcony, patio, outdoor shower and a private gas grill with propane. The converted garage is a game room; ping pong and a pool table are available. Six TVs, satellite/cable, a Bluetooth speaker, a beach cart, linens and towels are provided.
The kitchen includes two refrigerators, a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, cookware, dishes, utensils, ice maker, toaster, coffee maker and Keurig. A washer and dryer are available. Smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher are provided. A hair dryer, iron and ironing board, dining table and keyless/contactless check-in and check-out are provided. The entry has a deadbolt lock.
