Before you book
House rules
No pets or smoking. Park only on improved surfaces, never grass or landscaped areas. The amenity fee includes four adult unisex bikes for stays of 21 nights or fewer; rentals over 21 nights do not include them. Two car passes are included; additional passes are purchased separately. Garage parking is unavailable. Pool/spa heating is optional and charged separately as described in the pool details. Resort features are subject to purchase, seasonality and availability.
Getting there
The house is on the second row from the beach, a 2–3-minute walk away. The Salty Dog is a short walk away. Parking is limited to four vehicles, and the garage cannot be used for parking. Tower Beach parking is reserved for property owners. Sea Pines Beach Club parking has major seasonal restrictions. Resort renovations, construction and road projects are ongoing.
