What we collect

When you request a walkthrough, we collect the information you enter: your name, work email, company, property count, property location, country and any optional message. We also retain the page and campaign attribution attached to the visit, such as UTM parameters or a Google click identifier.

Our website uses Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to record page visits, interactions and advertising performance. Google and Meta may use cookies and receive page-view and technical browser or device information when their tags load.

When a walkthrough request is accepted, we send Meta a matching Lead event containing hashed versions of the submitted email, first and last name, and country, together with the source page, browser user agent and IP address. When you create a free account, we may retain Meta browser identifiers, IP address and user agent in encrypted form and use them with a hashed email/name to report registration and a later paid subscription to Meta.

We do not place names, email addresses, browser identifiers, IP addresses or free-form messages in product analytics.

Why we use it

We use this information to respond to your request, understand whether chucho can serve your properties, arrange a demonstration and manage the resulting business relationship. Campaign attribution helps us understand which marketing brought relevant inquiries.

Who processes it

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent abuse. Lead and signup-attribution records are stored in chucho's operational database and notifications are delivered through our configured email provider. Google processes website activity sent through Google Analytics. Meta processes website activity and Lead, CompleteRegistration and Purchase events sent through the Meta Pixel and Conversions API for advertising measurement. These providers process information under their own applicable terms and privacy commitments.

Retention and sharing

We keep lead information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. We do not sell lead information. We may disclose it when required by law or to service providers operating our systems under our direction.

You may ask to access, correct or delete information submitted through this form, subject to records we must retain. Email [email protected] with “Privacy request” in the subject.

This website notice is not a substitute for the agreements and disclosures governing an operator's use of the chucho platform or the data configured for an active vacation-rental property.
