# chucho

> chucho is the in-property concierge for destination rentals. A dedicated tablet answers guests in English or Spanish, completes real orders from town, and gives operators one ledger across the portfolio.

chucho is based in Uvita and is available for vacation rentals throughout Costa Rica. Owners can publish a private, branded web guide for one property at no charge. Guests open it from a QR code without downloading an app or creating an account. The full product adds an in-property tablet, local ordering, guestbook, portfolio tools, and the complete operator console. Local ordering options depend on the businesses serving each property area.

Pricing starts at USD 39 per property per month or USD 399 per property per year. There is no setup fee or contract. Hosts can bring a compatible Android tablet or buy one for a USD 300 one-time charge.
