What is the Wi-Fi speed?
Coverage range of Wi-Fi is almost in every area of the properties at an average speed of around 150 Mbps download and around 20 Mbps upload.

Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are allowed on request (up to 25 kg, dangerous breeds not allowed). Pets are not allowed by the pool and a pet fee of EUR 25 per booking applies.

Is there a pool?
Yes, there is a communal pool (20 m x 7.5 m, max depth 1.2 m, open all year). The pool area is 1 floor up from the ground and only accessible by stairs. The pool is located in the North Block; guests in the South block need to cross the road and walk to the North area.

Is parking available?
Yes, free secure underground parking is available with direct internal access by passenger lifts and stairwells. One parking space per apartment, located in the North block side.

What is included in the price?
Bed linen (changed every 8 days), towels (2 per person, changed every 8 days), final cleaning, internet access, air conditioning, and disinfection are included.

Is there a maid service?
Full maid service is included when you book for 8 nights or more, including cleaning of the entire apartment and changing of towels and bed linen.

Can I bring a baby?
Baby high chair (EUR 5 per booking) and cot/crib (EUR 10 per booking) are available as optional services.

A food pack can be purchased for EUR 50, requested at least a week before arrival.

Can I order bottled water?
Yes, 19-litre water containers can be ordered at EUR 6 each, at least a week before arrival. During your stay, more bottles can be ordered directly from the provider on weekdays.

What is the cancellation policy?
From booking date until 29 days before check-in: 0% penalty. From 28 days to 15 days before check-in: 50% of prepayment. From 14 days to check-in: 100% of total rent. No-show: 100% of total rent.
