## Can I bring a pet?
Pets may be allowed by special written permission only. Please contact with details of your pet. A $50 pet fee applies and you must assure the pet is house trained and supervised.

## Is there noise from construction?
Cliff strengthening work is currently underway opposite the property. Work happens out of sight on the cliff face, but the staging/storage area impacts the expansive view, work vehicles may frequent the area during the day, and there may be intermittent daytime noise. Scheduled for scale-back in late August.
