The sleeping area sits toward the back of the single open room, partly separated from the kitchen and sitting area. A terrace has a couch and outdoor seating. Gallery captions identify the bed as queen-size with a mosquito net and show an outdoor shower. Private yoga lessons are available.

The bungalow sits about 400 m up a hillside on a secluded private road. The approach from the main road is a few minutes uphill on foot. The beach at Playa Santa Teresa, surf rentals and a grocery store are 5–10 minutes away on foot. A 4x4 is required if arriving by car.
