No parties or smoking in the accommodation. Register with security on first entry, show photo identification for every member of the party and sign acceptance of the HOA rules. Follow security staff instructions. Do not disturb neighbors; aggressive, offensive, intoxicated, noisy, careless or dangerous behavior is prohibited. In general common areas, no glass or ceramics, smoking or e-cigarettes, yelling, loud music, strong smells, idling vehicles, fireworks, fires, illegal substances, running, rough play or mechanized toys. Music at a non-disturbing volume is permitted only from 08:00 to 22:00. Keep walkways and entrances clear; do not store personal belongings in general common areas or hang clothing or towels on balcony rails. Only certified propane or electric barbecues may be used in preferred common areas; never leave them unattended, and do not keep propane tanks inside the condo. Rancho events or activities involving many people require administration approval, requested at least three days in advance. Put trash in sealed plastic bags in the bins, never on balconies, terraces or behind units. Do not feed, touch or handle wild or feral animals. The HOA's general suggested maximum for one-bedroom units is four people, counting children over two; exceeding its suggested maximum may restrict common-area access. This does not increase this condo's two-guest booking capacity. Rule enforcement may include written warnings, fines and eviction after due process. A second violation of the same rule results in an automatic fine. Published fines are $50 for other rule violations unless covered by the bylaws, $250 for violations of bylaw articles 22–24, and $50 for articles 25–32; these are HOA sanctions assigned to the unit owner.

Cómo llegar

The beach is a five-minute walk (350 m) away. A car is not necessary. The condo is on the second floor. Cocomarindo does not meet the prerequisites for people with disabilities. Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit and is not reservable.
