Separate driver or house-help accommodation is not available on the property.
Is alcohol allowed, and are there corkage charges?
Alcohol consumption is permitted within limits, and there are no corkage charges.
Are events or shoots allowed?
Events and shoots are allowed at the villa subject to the owner's approval. Meals can be arranged at an additional cost.
How many extra mattresses can be provided?
One extra mattress per room can be arranged onsite. Bed sheets, blankets and pillows are available for extra bedding.
Are the premises monitored by CCTV?
CCTV cameras are installed in the living room, common areas and outside sections. Private bedrooms and bathrooms are not monitored.
