## About the house

The chalet accommodates up to eight guests in four bedrooms, with three full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The main-floor great room has exposed wood beams, expansive windows, a gas fireplace, a couch, two accent chairs and a wet bar. The kitchen includes a Wolf range, cooking basics, a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. A three-stool breakfast bar sits beside a dining table for six.

The main-floor primary bedroom has a king bed, a private bathroom with a shower, a gas fireplace and deck access. Downstairs are two queen bedrooms and a bedroom with two XL twin beds. One queen bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower/tub combination; the other queen bedroom and twin bedroom share a bathroom with a shower/tub combination. A second living area has a sectional, television and a six-seat table.

The deck has an outdoor gas fireplace and seating. Outside the lower level are loungers, a four-person table and the private hot tub. Other facilities include air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, a grill, and a heated garage. Parking accommodates four vehicles: two in the garage and two in the driveway. Starter kitchen, laundry and bath essentials are provided.

Four-wheel drive is required during winter. The home has two floors, with three guest bedrooms downstairs. For ski-out access, take the chute behind the house to High Tide, then Gator Way through two ski tunnels to the Lewis & Clark Lift. To return, take High Tide to Pull-Up Tow, ski-skate to Tweener, and follow the groomed trail left onto Goshawk Rd. Stay left to reach the back of the house; avoid Beezer's Bottom. Community improvements may cause construction noise and traffic delays.

Maximum nighttime occupancy is eight. Reservations within 48 hours of arrival, stays longer than 28 days, and extensions to an existing stay require contacting the Guest Experience team to confirm availability and complete the reservation. Date-dependent minimum stays range from three to seven nights.
