## About the house

This privately owned and managed studio combines a kitchen, living area and sleeping space in an open layout with ocean views. A queen bed sits behind a half wall beside floor-to-ceiling windows, and the living area has a sofa bed, dining table, wall-mounted TV, ceiling fan, accent seating and coffee table. Two dressers provide storage. The bathroom off the foyer has a tub/shower combination, vanity, toilet and hair dryer.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster, plus cookware, utensils, dishes and silverware. Fresh linens, bath towels and washcloths are provided, along with starter toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and basic toiletries. Complimentary Wi-Fi and cable TV are available. Air conditioning, heating and an elevator are available.

Guests have access to shared resort indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs and grilling areas, including a gas grill. The beach is steps away, with the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk at the property and Pier 14 nearby. MB SkyWheel, RipTydez oceanfront restaurant and MB Slingshot are close by; shopping and dining are within walking distance. Maintenance and housekeeping requests should be directed to the rental manager.
