The 110 m² apartment has a furnished terrace for outdoor meals and an exterior shower for rinsing off after swimming in the sea across the street. The living room has a television, DVD player and wood stove.

The equipped dining kitchen has a gas hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer and crockery. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are provided. Wi-Fi, fans, towels and a hair dryer are available.

Each of the four bedrooms has a wardrobe. One has a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom, one has two single beds, and the remaining two each have one single bed. There is a second shower bathroom. A cot and high chair can be prepared for babies.

The surrounding Barcarés area has limited services, with a restaurant downstairs. Platja des Morer Vermell is 0.4 km away, and the Sant Joan and Mal Pas coves are nearby. Alcúdia, 1.2 km away, has supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafés, medieval walls and a market on Tuesdays and Sundays.
