The 100 m² apartment occupies the ground floor of a two-storey building on a pedestrian street. It has sea views, a porch surrounded by Mallorcan stone for outdoor meals, a terrace and an outdoor shower.

The dining kitchen includes a gas hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, crockery and tea towels.
