House rules
Intended for families and guests over 30 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not permitted. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Copies of identification documents for all guests are required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser about possible additional charges. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. The deposit is payable to the owner on arrival. Mandatory Ecotasa applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.20 per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.

Playa de Cala Santanyí is a 10-minute walk away; Cala Llombards beach is 0.9 km away. Exterior parking accommodates one car. The basement is not accessible to guests. The Carrer Llombards bus stop is 0.8 km away, Son Sant Joan Airport is 48.2 km away, Manacor train station is 34 km away and Port de Palma ferry terminal is 56.1 km away.
