## About the house

The villa stands on a fully fenced property in a quiet residential area with immediate neighbours. Outdoors are a private 6 × 3 m chlorine pool, 1.2–1.7 m deep, an outdoor shower, six sun loungers and a shaded barbecue terrace with a straw roof and white curtains. A first-floor terrace overlooks the neighbourhood and also has sun loungers. The basement is not accessible to guests.

The air-conditioned sitting-dining room has satellite television and music facilities. The open, fully equipped kitchen has a ceramic hob, microwave and washing machine; an iron and ironing board are also available. Wi-Fi and exterior parking for one car are free.

The ground floor has two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with a single bed. The first floor contains a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Two additional bathrooms on the lower floor have a shower and a bathtub respectively. All four bedrooms have air conditioning and wardrobes. One cot and one high chair can be prepared for young guests.

Playa de Cala Santanyí is a 10-minute walk away. Santanyí offers amenities for an independent stay and a market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Mondragó Natural Park is nearby for hiking and beach outings. The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 30 seeking a peaceful stay.

Copies of identification documents for all guests are required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser about possible additional charges. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. The deposit is payable to the owner on arrival. Mandatory Ecotasa applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.20 per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
