The house

The 130 sqm home spans three floors. The second level has an open-plan living and dining room with a sofa, statement seating and television, styled by an interior designer. The kitchen on this level has dark wood cabinetry and stone countertops, with an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Guests can dine at the bistro table or outside on the private terrace. A private back garden blooms in spring and summer.

The primary bedroom is on the entrance level, with a super king-size bed and an ensuite containing a bathtub and walk-in shower. On the third level, one bedroom has a double bed and another has a king-size bed; they share a bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower. Storage in the second bedroom is limited.

A washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, towels, sound system, smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detector are provided. Free internet is available. There is no air-conditioning; bedroom fans are provided from May through September and can be requested outside that period.

Marylebone Station is minutes away. Marylebone High Street has boutiques and Daunt Books, and the Wallace Collection is a short walk away. The Sherlock Holmes Museum is nearby on Baker Street. Marylebone Farmers’ Market takes place each Sunday, and nearby dining includes St. JOHN, AngloThai and Orrery. Regent’s Park offers a nearby retreat.
