The house

The home accommodates up to 10 guests and has four ground-level bedrooms, two bathrooms and an additional powder room. Open-plan living includes a kitchen with breakfast bar, an eight-seat dining table and a large L-shaped couch, alongside a second living area. The alfresco dining space connects to the balcony and tiled deck through double bifold doors and includes a built-in BBQ, bar fridge, outdoor bar-style table and flat-screen TV. There is a butler’s pantry, outdoor shower, lock-up garage and full laundry. Bed linen is provided. Other amenities include heating, an indoor fireplace, dishwasher, dryer, hot water, iron, kettle, microwave, oven, refrigerator, toaster, TV, DVD player, outdoor seating and a smoke detector.
